You’ll support the ongoing training and development of our workforce, coordinate learning activities and contribute to Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and wider business projects.\nIn this role you will:\nSupport the delivery of Learning & Development projects and initiatives across the business. \nHelp develop and coordinate Early Careers activities at Magnet Technology. \nContribute to key new factory projects, including ‘Multi Site Operation’ and ‘Future Vision’. \nCoordinate and record internal training activities, including new starter inductions, and act as a central point of contact for our internal training programmes. \nSupport Corporate Social Responsibility activities and take ownership of initiatives and events. \nHelp create and coordinate effective internal communications across the business. \nAll of our interns also take part in our 12-month Intern Development Programme, building skills including communication, teamwork and commercial awareness alongside your role.\nYou will be based mainly at our Bicester site, with the opportunity to spend time at our 2ndfacility in Eynsham as part of your role.
