dimensional conformity against drawings and specifications.\nAnalyze and review CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) reports.\nPrepare and review First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and related documentation.\nIdentify, document, and process supplier quality rejections/non-conformities.\nCoordinate with suppliers for quality concerns, corrective actions, and resolution of non-conformances.\nMaintain quality records and ensure compliance with ISO quality management requirements.\nSupport calibration management activities for inspection and measuring equipment.\nWork closely with R&D, engineering & procurement teams.\nEnsure accurate Incoming quality data management and reporting through dashboard\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.\nShift-wise working as per business requirements.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with 8-10 years of relevant experience.\nMandatory Experience\nExperience in inspection of components for low voltage switchgear/equivalent product is preferred.\nHands-on experience in handling instruments like CMM, profile projector, surface roughness tester, Micrometer, Height gauge, Vernier caliper, etc.\nTechnical Competencies:\n\nStrong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) .\nStrong Knowledge of materials and testing standards.\nExperience in:\no Lot inspection\no Layout inspection\no FAI preparation and review\no CMM report analysis\no Supplier quality management\nKnowledge of ISO quality system documentation and compliance requirements.\nCalibration management knowledge.\nSound knowledge of engineering drawings and mechanical inspection techniques.\nProficiency in Advanced MS Excel, Dashboard preparation (PowerBI)\nWorking knowledge of SAP QM.\nKey Skills & Behaviors:\nStrong verbal and written English communication skills.\nEffective stakeholder communication and ability to
