invoice discrepancies and supporting GR/IR and payment-related issues.\nWorking closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nMaintaining reports and providing visibility on purchasing activities.\nWhat you need to succeed:\nExperience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Order Management.\nHands-on experience with SAP or another ERP system.\nExperience with sourcing, supplier quotations, Purchase Orders and order follow-up.\nIntermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and data analysis.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAn organized and proactive mindset, comfortable working with multiple priorities.\nIt would be great if you also have:\nExperience purchasing indirect materials and services, such as MRO, tools, PPE, office supplies or small services.\nExperience with Power BI or Tableau.\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related
