Work Measurement & Time Studies\nConduct time studies using MOST/MTM/Stopwatch methods.\nDevelop and maintain Standard Times, Process Charts, and Work Instructions.\nSupport line balancing and manpower estimation for existing and new product lines.\n2. Productivity & Process Improvement\nIdentify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvement actions.\nParticipate in Kaizen, 5S, and waste elimination (Muda) activities.\nAssist in improving OEE, cycle time reduction, and NVA elimination.\n3. Layout Engineering & Material Flow\nSupport creation and modification of plant layouts, workstation designs, and ergonomic improvements.\nStudy material handling patterns and propose optimized flow systems.\nAssist in designing PFEP (Plan for Every Part), Kanban loops, and point-of-use storage.\n4. Capacity Planning & Data Analysis\nContribute to machine capacity calculations, utilization analysis, and production planning inputs.\nMaintain IE-related databases, dashboards, and reports.\nPerform data analysis to provide insights for decision-making.\n5. New Product Introduction (NPI) Support\nEvaluate manufacturability and provide input on tooling, fixtures, and process steps.\nPrepare process documentation such as SOPs, FMEA inputs, and process capability studies.\nSupport trial runs and validation of new equipment or processes.\n6. Lean & Continuous Improvement\nImplement Lean tools such as VSM, Kanban, SMED, Poka-Yoke, JIT, and standard work.\nDrive small-cost automation ideas and low-cost productivity improvements.\nPromote continuous improvement culture across teams.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nGood knowledge of MOST/MTM, time study, and work measurement\nProficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and IE tools\nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations\nBasic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools\nGood communication and cross-functional collaboration skills\nQualification & Experience\nDegree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field\n5-10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or manufacturing environment\nCertification in MOST/MTM or Lean Six Sigma (preferred but not mandatory)\n\"WE DON'T NEED SUPERHEROES, JUST SUPER MINDS!\nWE’VE GOT QUITE A LOT TO OFFER.
