Siemens Mobility empowers its customers to understand their IoT data, generated from rail assets, allowing them to gain valuable insights and get more out of their systems. \nWe are looking for an Innovation Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Innovation Team!\nIn this role, you will be responsible for managing innovation projects from inception to completion, driving the development cycle, and ensuring successful outcomes.\nYour key tasks will include:\nIdentifying and evaluating innovation leads;\nDeveloping compelling business cases for potential leads;\nCollaborating with internal and external customers to understand innovation requirements and potential return on investment;\nPrioritizing and sorting the different innovation leads;\nPresenting innovation leads in management meetings to gain alignment and support;\nEngaging with various stakeholders to drive project success;\nLead the Project Execution of innovation projects qualified to proceed, in close cooperation with the rest of the Siemens team;\nDeveloping and maintaining comprehensive documentation and online information;\nContinuously monitoring cost, quality, and time plan development, and taking immediate action to address any deviations;\nLead the homologation process when applicable, keeping a close cooperation with rail authorities, internal and external;\nReporting directly to the department director.\nYour Profile & Qualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Engineering;\nDemonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and quality in daily office work, including the creation of presentations, data analysis, reporting, and process automation using applications such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools;\nHands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools to design, prototype, and implement small software solutions, scripts, or automations, with the ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions;\nFluent communication and writing skills in Portuguese and English;\nCommunication skills in German are highly valued;\nPrevious experience in rolling stock or rail signaling is valued but not mandatory.\nStrong logical and analytical reasoning abilities;\nDemonstrated autonomy and proactivity;\nStrong sense of responsibility.\nWhat you can expect from us:\nA flexible working model to promote a better work-life balance, a health insurance and access to our on-site medical center. 2 volunteering days a year and 4 additional bridge days per year.
