This position will be based at our Southaven Distribution Center.\n Shift Hours: Monday - Friday\n 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm\n 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm\n 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am\n Hourly Rate: $18.00 for 1st shift and $18.00 an hour + 0.75 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd\n The Inventory Team Member is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and managing inventory in the Southaven Distribution Center. Their duties include receiving, storing, and distributing materials efficiently, as well as counting, sorting, and organizing products. They must track stock levels, identify discrepancies, and ensure materials are handled properly. The role requires knowledge of products and materials, the ability to lift heavy items, forklift certification, and proficiency in using computers to track inventory. Additional tasks include inspecting shipments, packing/unpacking materials, and labeling products. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this position.\n You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:\n Basic Qualifications:\n Forklift Certified on Reach Truck and Cherry Picker\nInventory experience\n Excellent organizational skills\n Some computer skills using a desktop computer\n RF Scanner knowledge\n Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.\n Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time\n Strong communication skills\n Knowledge about SAP\n Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.\n Preferred Qualifications:\n High School Diploma / GED\n Proficient with MS Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook\n Role Responsibilities:\n Maintain accurate inventory records and reports\n Restock and replenish inventory\n Ensure product is stored correctly\n Perform inventory cycle counts\n Organizing and stocking inventory\n Inventory tracking\n Maintaining cleanliness of warehouse\n Identifying discrepancies in inventory\n Assisting with purchasing and delivery of inventory\n You'll benefit from:\n Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
