Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team.\nWe are looking for a Lead Requirements Engineer\nYou’ll make a difference by:\nRequirements Management\nEstablishing and maintaining a project's requirements framework.\nRequirements lifecycle management throughout a project.\nSupporting requirements management processes across project teams.\nRequirements Management Tools\nDeep expertise in Polarion.\nAbility to configure and structure projects within Polarion.\nAbility to align tool configuration with project needs.\n Requirements Writing & Quality (SMART Requirements)\nUnderstanding and application of the SMART Requirements methodology for writing high-quality requirements.\nAbility to create requirements that are:\nSpecific - clearly define the required functionality, behavior, or characteristic.\nMeasurable - include objective acceptance criteria that can be verified.\nAchievable - technically feasible and realistic within project constraints.\nRelevant - aligned to stakeholder, system, and project objectives.\nTestable (or Time-Bound, depending on organizational definition) - capable of validation through inspection, analysis, demonstration, or testing.\nAbility to identify and correct poorly written, ambiguous, conflicting, or non-testable requirements.\nExperience performing requirements quality reviews and ensuring compliance with organizational requirements standards.\nAbility to define clear acceptance criteria and verification methods for system, software, and project requirements.\nUnderstanding of requirement attributes such as clarity, completeness, consistency, uniqueness, traceability, and verifiability.\nAbility to mentor project teams in writing and maintaining high-quality requirements within Polarion and throughout the requirements lifecycle.\nV-Model Knowledge\nUnderstanding of the V-model.\nAbility to structure requirements and project artifacts in alignment with the V-model.\n Requirements Traceability\nUnderstanding of requirements traceability principles.\nExperience with Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) analysis.\nAbility to identify traceability gaps and inconsistencies.\nReporting & Analysis\nGenerating requirements-related reports.\nPerforming coverage, gap, and consistency analysis.\nStakeholder Support\nSupporting project teams with requirements management processes.\nActing as the bridge between technical teams and Polarion capabilities.\nSupporting issues, enhancements, and feature requests related to requirements management.\nOptional / Desirable Skills\nThe email presents these as beneficial rather than essential:\nSystem Knowledge\nDeep understanding of the system's existing documentation and structure.\nAbility to establish traceability retrospectively when traceability has not been maintained from project start.\nRetrospective Traceability Activities\nExperience reviewing existing project documentation and creating missing traceability links.\nUnderstanding of architectural, design, and test documentation relationships.\nCross-Disciplinary Engineering Awareness\nKnowledge of how traceability is created across:\nContract/Project Requirements\nArchitecture Documentation\nDesign Documentation\nTest Procedures\nV-model lifecycle artifacts\nYour success is grounded in:\n9+ years of experience is required.\nGreat Communication skills.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently in a global and multicultural environment.\nCommitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.\nJoin us and be yourself!\nWe value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
