With more than 20 years of experience, Siemens GBS taps into its understanding of how organizations and businesses work to seamlessly integrate, digitalize and optimize business processes with a portfolio that covers end-to-end business needs.\nYou’ll make a difference by:\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with railway signalling Systems, Products, principle, concept and Methods.\nStrong technical understanding with interlocking systems and interlocking principles.\nAbility to deliver technical training to internal teams as well as external customer personnel.\nInterface with customers such as RDSO and Indian Railways for product-related activities.\nMaintain product documentation, configuration records, and release baselines.\nExpertise in Training, Mentoring and Coaching to both Internal and external Stakeholders.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.\nTravel within and out of India as required for customer meetings and project support.\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with Westinghouse/Westrace Interlocking Mk1 & Mk2, covering both hardware and software.\nExperience in FAT and SAT, including installation, commissioning, and testing of interlocking systems at site.\nAbility to troubleshoot site failures, especially during emergency and critical situations.\nCapability to guide site teams in failure analysis and issue resolution.\nProficiency in preparing detailed technical failure reports, including observations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.\nYour success is grounded in:\n15+ years in Railway Signalling Design & Testing\nB.E./B.Tech in Electrical (EEE) or Electronics (ECE)\nStrong academic record (typically ≥70%) with no active backlogs\nStrong customer-facing skills to explain technical failures and participate in customer meetings effectively.\nAbility to maintain structured documentation and records, including failure count reports, open/closed issues, and FRPCPY tracking, in coordination with the team.\nFamiliarity with ISO quality processes and adherence to standard quality workflows.\nProactive approach to identifying issues, proposing improvements, and preventing repeat failures.\nGood coordination and follow-up skills with internal teams to ensure timely task closure and complete technical analysis of work carried out.\nIRSETLO / IRSE license is an added advantage.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nJoin us and be yourself!\nWe value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
