No two days are alike, and we value a willingness to learn just as much as prior experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate global shipments by air, sea, road, and courier.\nManage freight forwarders and transportation providers.\nHandle export, import, customs, and trade compliance activities.\nPrepare and review shipping and customs documentation.\nSupport dangerous goods transportation and compliance.\nCollaborate closely with warehouse, project, and order management teams.\nBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nDrive continuous improvements in logistics processes, cost efficiency, and service levels.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou ensure on-time deliveries, maintain compliance with international trade requirements, support cost-efficient transportation solutions, and contribute positively to collaboration across the business.\nQualifications\nEducation within Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Freight Forwarding, or similar.\nExperience within logistics, transportation, export administration, or supply chain operations.\nKnowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and international transportation is an advantage.\nExperience with ERP systems (NAV, SAP, or similar).\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.\nWho You Are\nService-minded and collaborative.\nStructured with excellent attention to detail.\nComfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.\nPractical, hands-on, and solution-oriented.\nEager to learn and develop new competencies.\nLanguage Skills\nFluent in English\nDanish preferred\nGerman is an advantage\nRelevant Backgrounds\nLogistics Coordinator, Freight Forwarder, Export Coordinator, Shipping Coordinator, Customs Assistant, Transportation Coordinator, or similar.\nExperience with customs, export control, dangerous goods, and international transportation is beneficial, but motivation and willingness to learn are equally important.\nJoin us!\nWe need you to reach our goals.
