The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safety, reliability, availability and performance of the signalling systems while ensuring that contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintenance requirements are consistently achieved.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nThe Maintenance Site Manager will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of a 24/7 technical maintenance team operating from one of the maintenance centres located along the Makkah-Madinah High-Speed Railway.\nLead, supervise and coordinate the site maintenance team and associated technical activities.\nEnsure achievement of contractual maintenance KPIs, including system availability, incident response and repair times, preventive maintenance completion and reduction of recurring incidents.\nEnsure corrective and preventive maintenance activities are performed safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved procedures and schedules.\nCoordinate incident response, troubleshooting, fault investigation and restoration activities.\nAnalyse recurring incidents and implement appropriate mitigation and improvement measures.\nMonitor the operational condition and availability of signalling and associated systems within the assigned area of responsibility.\nCoordinate activities with other Siemens teams, Maintenance Site Managers, the Project Manager and relevant project stakeholders.\nParticipate in consortium, customer and project coordination meetings as required.\nCoordinate and supervise trackside maintenance activities, inspections and technical interventions.\nEnsure effective management of site resources, including spare parts, tools, equipment, repairs, logistics and supplies.\nMaintain appropriate stock levels and ensure the availability of critical spare parts and maintenance equipment.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing system reliability, availability and maintenance efficiency.\nEnsure all activities comply with applicable Siemens, project, customer and safety requirements.\nThe position requires periodic attendance at trackside work locations for inspection, supervision and coordination of maintenance activities.\nLocation\nThe final working location will be determined according to project requirements within the Makkah-Madinah High-Speed Railway network.\nCandidates must be prepared to qualification in one of the following disciplines:\nIndustrial Engineering\nTelecommunications Engineering\nElectrical/Electronic Engineering\nComputer Science\nInformation Technology\nOr another relevant technical/engineering discipline\nEmployment Eligibility,Saudi National preferred or holder of a valid Saudi Iqama with appropriate employment eligibility.\nFluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.\nValid driving license and ability to travel between project and maintenance locations when required.\nThe following experience and qualifications will be considered an advantage:\nPrevious experience with railway signalling systems, including one or more of the following:\nTraffic Control Centres / Control Traffic Centres\nElectronic Interlocking Systems\nAxle Counters\nTrack Circuits\nETCS Level 2\nRailway Signals\nTechnical Buildings and associated systems\nPrevious experience working on the Makkah-Madinah / Haramain High-Speed Railway Project.\nStrong knowledge or practical experience in electrical, electronic, telecommunications and/or IT systems.\nPrevious experience supervising technical maintenance teams within a railway, transportation or
