segment.\nCollaborate with marketing and product teams for regional campaigns.\nClient Relationship Management:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with EPC & Panel Builder clients in the region.\nUnderstand client requirements and offer customized switchgear solutions.\nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.\nMarket Intelligence & Expansion:\nMonitor competitor activities and market trends in Kolkata.\nIdentify new EPC & Panel Builder opportunities in industrial clusters.\nProvide feedback to product and R&D teams based on regional insights.\nReporting & Analysis:\nMaintain accurate sales records and prepare monthly performance reports.\nAnalyze regional sales data to identify growth opportunities.\nQualifications & Skills:\nBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.\n6-10 years of experience in EPC & Panel builders preferably in switchgear or electrical products.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\nFamiliarity with CRM tools and MS Office.\nWillingness to travel within Kolkata.\nPreferred Attributes:\nExisting network of EPC & Panel Builder clients in Kolkata.\nTechnical understanding of LV switchgear products.\nStrategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.\nExperience working in fast-paced industrial
