This includes training in safety, safety procedures, and accident prevention.\n5.Coordinates workflow and fosters teamwork to achieve departmental or shift objectives.\n6.Anticipates and identifies the causes of KPI failures during the shift.\n7.Reports promptly to the Production Manager and/or Plant Manager when KPI failures occur.
