Planner / Supplier Order Management Specialist is a key member of the Order Management team and manages the critical and complex suppliers to ensure on time delivery of open purchase orders to support production demand.\nWhat your day-to-day may look like:\nEnsure continuous supply of materials and address any supply issues that may impact business operations.\nAnalyze purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness. Expedite the approval process for urgent orders.\nReview replenishment reports daily. Resolve price, delivery, or invoice issues with suppliers.\nCollaborate with various departments to address demand requirements. Lead purchasing activities with manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and engineering to solve material supply issues.\nCommunicate between departments to allocate excess materials to projects.
