These systems enable seamless data and voice exchange between vehicles, infrastructure, control centres and passengers, helping keep transport moving smoothly while improving the passenger experience.\nWorking across development, system testing and project delivery, you will gain experience of the complete lifecycle of our 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G railway radio communication products. This spans the generation of new ideas and requirements through design, development, testing, deployment and ongoing support.\nAt Mobile Communications, we manage every aspect of product development and delivery, working closely with customers to ensure successful deployment and long-term reliability. This provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full engineering lifecycle while contributing to mission-critical communication systems used throughout the Railway industry.\nThe role is based at our modern offices in New Fields Business Park, Poole. We operate a flexible hybrid working model, enabling a balance between office and home working where business needs allow. Some activities, such as system integration and testing in our laboratory facilities, require regular attendance on site. However, where tasks can be performed remotely, home working is fully supported.
