Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team.\nWe are looking for job title : Service Process Architect\nYou’ll create impact by\nLead end-to-end process architecture for Global Connectivity Services, creating a cohesive, efficient landscape without organisational silos.\nDesign data-centric workflows built on high-quality, structured information across Local Connectivity services.\nEnable automation and AI readiness by applying a Digital First approach to process design.\nDefine and maintain robust data structures for service elements, including LAN-ID and Location IDs.\nAlign service strategy with execution by embedding process logic within reporting and the CMDB.\nCollaborate with Data Analysts and diverse stakeholders across the global multi-provider ecosystem.\nDrive digitalisation and standardisation of global LAN services through Project RISE.\nShape the global LAN services roadmap while independently steering process and data improvements.\n\nYou’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including\nApply strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks to design complex, interconnected IT service processes.\nTranslate complex connectivity requirements into clear, logical and automated process steps.\nDesign structured data models that support reliable service processes, automation and AI readiness.\nDemonstrate experience in Network Services, Local Connectivity or Service Integration within multi-provider environments.\nConnect process architecture, reporting and CMDB requirements across service strategy and operational delivery.\nCommunicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and independently lead topics on behalf of the service.\nBring an analytical, proactive approach to process improvement, digitalisation and global standardisation.\nJoin us and be yourself!\nThis role, based in Pune, is an individual contributor position.
