Who knows where our shared journey will take you?\n Transform the everyday with us!\n We are looking for an Operations Coordinator.This position will be based at ourHingham factory.\n You’ll makea differenceby:\n Executing the production plan released by the Master Scheduler and driving customer commitments and On-Time Delivery performance.\nReviewing production priorities, backlog, and customer commitments using SAP and daily production management tools.\nCoordinating Fabrication, Base Switch Assembly, Panel Wiring, Logistics, and Final Assembly activities based on takt times and manufacturing requirements.\nLeading daily production meetings, monitoring schedule attainment, tracking work-in-process, and identifying production risks.\nRemoving bottlenecks related to labor, materials, capacity, and equipment, and communicating recovery plans to key stakeholders.\nSupporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, lead-time reduction, and schedule adherence.\n You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:\n Basic Qualifications:\n Experience in production planning, production control, manufacturing operations, or supply chain.\nKnowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems and Microsoft Excel.\nCommunication and cross-functional coordination skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nProblem-solving and decision-making skills.\nLegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.\n Preferred Qualifications:\n Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience in a high-mix manufacturing environment.\nExperience coordinating multiple manufacturing areas and resolving scheduling conflicts.\nAdvanced knowledge of material planning, material requirements planning, and inventory management.\nAPICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management certification.\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Power BI reporting.\nYou’ll Benefit FromSiemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
