# Partner Development Executive

Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. This globally focused role drives partner technical readiness and accelerates revenue growth by orchestrating high impact enablement programs for the Siemens Software partner ecosystem. The position transforms partner presales and technical teams into confident advocates for cloud based industrial software solutions. Working autonomously (with guidance from the Global Team) with global scope, the successful candidate makes fast decisions on program priorities, serves as subject matter expert to Global Learning and Development teams on Partner requirements and needs, and coordinates energizing enablement experiences that partners value. This position demands someone who thrives on variety, moves quickly from concept to execution, and gets energized by connecting with people across cultures and time zones. The role delivers
