We deliver maximum value to the business by driving process optimization and digitalization using our ambitious approach, and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.\nYou’ll make a difference by:\nLead end-to-end FEMA / Trade Finance operations and ensure compliance with applicable FEMA and RBI requirements.\nOversee EDPMS, IDPMS and other applicable regulatory and Trade Finance activities.\nMonitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation within operational processes.\nManage team deliverables, workload, productivity, quality, controls and operational risks.\nLead ageing reviews, exception management and resolution of critical compliance topics.\nAct as an escalation point for complex FEMA, Trade Finance and Banking matters.\nLead stakeholder engagement with Banks, Business, Finance, EXIM and other functions.\nDrive team capability through coaching, mentoring, cross-training and knowledge development.\nLead process governance, standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives with digitization and Automation ideas.\nImplement AI use cases in the operational process\nSupport management reviews, audits and regulatory/compliance requirements.\nYour success is grounded in:\nGraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.\nPost-graduate degrees in Finance preferred.\n6years-9 years of relevant experience, including minimum 3 years in Trade Finance / Banking domain.\nIn-depth knowledge of FEMA regulations and latest RBI guidelines.\nStrong understanding of EDPMS / IDPMS, Trade Finance and cross-border transactions.\nExperience in team/process management, mentoring and stakeholder engagement\nStrong working knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications.\nExcellent analytical, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.\nStrong leadership, team building and escalation-management capabilities.\nDigitalization, process improvement and automation mindset.\nJoin us and be yourself!\nWe value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
