The ideal candidate understands complex design challenges, can translate customer needs into product requirements, and enjoys helping bring innovative technologies from concept to production.\nResponsibilities\nDefine product requirements and workflows for next-generation design automation solutions.\nWork directly with customers to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and validate proposed solutions.\nDrive product direction for technologies across analog design, standard cell design, custom digital implementation, design migration, and design automation.\nPartner closely with engineering teams to translate customer needs into product capabilities and deliverables.\nDefine use cases, success metrics, benchmarks, and customer adoption strategies.\nLead evaluations, demonstrations, customer engagements, and early-access deployments.\nInfluence roadmap priorities based on market needs, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.\nRequirements\nBS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.\nExperience in semiconductor design, EDA, or related technical fields.\nExperience defining solutions, workflows, or products that have been successfully delivered to users or customers.\nExperience applying automation, AI, machine learning, generative AI, or agentic AI technologies to engineering workflows.\nStrong understanding of one or more of the following domains:\nAnalog and custom IC design\nStandard cell design and optimization\nPhysical implementation\nDesign migration and design reuse\nSemiconductor design automation\nPhysical verification, extraction, and simulation workflows\nExperience working directly with customers to gather requirements and drive technology adoption.\nStrong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work effectively across product management, engineering, sales, and customer teams.\nPreferred Experience\nAnalog and custom IC design workflows.\nCircuit simulation, SPICE, and analog verification flows.\nDRC, LVS, parasitic extraction, and physical verification.\nOpenAccess-based design environments.\nExperience with commercial EDA platforms such as Cadence Virtuoso.\nDelivering software products used in production semiconductor design flows.\nTechnical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.\nWe are looking for product leaders who are excited by emerging technology, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to help shape the future of semiconductor design.
