Your responsibilities will include:\nStrategic Vision and Portfolio Management\n Market Whitespace Identification: Look beyond the current roadmap to identify new market categories or disruptive shifts.\n Portfolio Balancing: Managing a mix of mature products, high-growth products, and R&D to ensure long-term business viability.\n Resource Allocation: Making the hard trade-offs between competing product lines to maximize overall ROI for the company.\n Financial Acumen (P&L Responsibility)\n P&L Management: Understand the levers of revenue, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)-especially relevant in cloud/SaaS margins-and operating expenses.\n Pricing and Packaging: Move beyond simple cost-plus pricing to value-based pricing and complex licensing models (e.g., transitioning from perpetual to subscription).\n Business Case Development: Build the financial justification for major investments, acquisitions, or pivots.\n Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership\n Sales Enablement at Scale: Partnering with global sales leaders to ensure the sales force can effectively position the product's value proposition.\n Ecosystem and Channel Strategy: Understanding how to leverage partners, integrators, and marketplaces to expand reach without linear headcount growth.\n Customer Success Alignment: Ensuring the product strategy accounts for retention and expansion, not just initial acquisition.\n Organizational Influence and Stakeholder Management\n Executive Presence: The ability to distill complex product challenges into business risks and opportunities for the C-suite or Board.\n Cross-functional Orchestration: Aligning Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance around a single \"North Star\" metric.\n Change Management: Leading the organization through transitions, such as adopting Agile at scale or shifting to a platform-centric model.\n This is how you'll win us over\nSignificant experience of progressive product management experience, preferably within SaaS, asset management, infrastructure/facilities planning, or closely related fields.\nSignificant experience in government infrastructure markets (local or national government, contractor, and/or local authorities)\nProven track record of defining, launching, and iterating on products that deliver measurable results, drive significant product adoption, and contribute directly to revenue growth.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data, as well as critically evaluate AI-generated insights (e.g., predictions, confidence levels, trade-offs) to inform product decisions.\nDemonstrable experience in leading and influencing cross-functional teams from concept through successful delivery, without direct managerial authority.
