Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team.\nWe are looking for: Product Owner - WebApps\nYou’ll make an impact by:\n Work closely with relevant partners, Product Managers, and Subject Matter Experts.\n Work closely with the development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and efficiently implemented, resolving bottlenecks or conflicts to help the team progress.\n Take over requirements from Product Management and backlog them into development planning, coordinating the technical implementation of requirements with the development teams.\n Maintain the product backlog with priorities defined by Product Management / SME / Sponsors and clarify requirements in detail with all involved partners.\n Communicate with all relevant partners to ensure product goals and requirements are understood and met.\n Drive / Actively participate in sprint planning, sprint review meetings, and team meetings.\n Ensure quality by evaluating results of iterations and either approve / accept or reject results based on DONEness criteria\n Analyze change request entries and prioritize with other product backlog items\n Support effort estimations of development teams\n Provide input for project planning & execution\n Set up and maintain product risk management, considering quality attributes such as usability, security, safety, regulatory and legal aspects among others.\n Continuously monitor the product's performance, including user satisfaction and adoption metrics, to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.\n Work closely with the team to clearly communicate customer needs, helping and motivating the team to understand them by presenting and explaining the product backlog items.\n Support Product Managers in roll-out of the system, presentation, workshops, training for sales and engineering\n Internal Interactions: Product Line Manager, Product Manager, Project Lead, Integrations expert, Team Manager, Quality Manager, , Development Team (e. g. Scrum Master, Architects, Developers, Testers, etc.), Usability Engineer, Technical Writers, Sponsors & Management (Offshore / Onsite) etc.\n Use your skills to move the world forward!\n Bachelor’s degree in (B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA / MSc).\n Experience: 8-12 years.\n Proven professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally in an agile environment.\n IT background as a Product Owner or Project Manager on IT projects.\n Excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.\n Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and comprehensibly.\n Solid understanding of technologies and platforms relevant to software platforms, as well as the ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with development teams.\n Experience with tools like JIRA / Confluence, Polarion, Azure.\n Create a better #TomorrowWithUs!\nThis role is based in Chennai, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries - and the shape of things to come.\nWe value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
