This position will be based in Wendell, NC. Relocation assistance may be available.\n This role is critical to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations, including workforce management, process optimization, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, meeting production targets, and supporting strategic initiatives that align with our long-term business goals.\n You’ll make an impact by:\n Leading daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery (SQCD) goals while ensuring compliance with company standards.\n Supervising, coaching, and developing production teams to drive engagement, accountability, and high performance.\n Championing Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.\n Partnering with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Planning teams to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and support new product introductions.\n Monitoring KPIs, analyzing production data, and leveraging Tier Meetings to identify trends, address bottlenecks, and improve operational performance.\n Optimizing labor, equipment, and production workflows while managing production systems, attendance, and reporting to meet customer demand effectively.\n You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:\n Basic Qualifications:\n High school diploma or equivalent.\n Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.\n Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a production setting.\n Working knowledge of SAP in a manufacturing context.\n Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and 5S implementation.\n Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.\n Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.\n Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage multiple priorities.\n Preferred Qualifications:\n Experience in switchboard or electrical equipment assembly and manufacturing\n Technical training or certifications in manufacturing, operations, or lean methodologies.\n Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment.\n Six Sigma Green Belt/Lean Certification.\n About Siemens:\n We are a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare.
