Production Supervisor\nLocation: Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Aurangabad\nResponsibilities:\nLead and supervise Jr. Executives, Executives, and shop-floor operators to achieve production, quality, delivery, productivity, and EHS targets.\nPrepare and execute quarterly, monthly, and daily production plans in line with customer requirements and business priorities.\nEnsure effective deployment of manpower, machines, materials, tools, and other resources for smooth production operations.\nMonitor shop-floor activities and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements.\nFoster a strong quality and safety culture by ensuring compliance with EHS standards and proactively addressing unsafe conditions and quality concerns.\nMonitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs including productivity, FPY, rejection/rework, OEE, downtime, and quality observations.\nProvide technical and operational support to the shop-floor team, resolve day-to-day production issues, and ensure timely availability of required resources.\nDrive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, automation, and digitalization initiatives to improve productivity, quality, safety, and process efficiency.\nLead or actively participate in cross-functional improvement projects with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other functions.\nMonitor employee performance, conduct periodic performance discussions, identify skill gaps, and support training and skill development of team members.\nConduct regular 5S audits, identify improvement opportunities, and motivate team members to sustain workplace organization and discipline.\nEnsure proper preparation, control, and maintenance of production and quality-related documents and records in accordance with ISO requirements.\nIdentify recurring production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.\nStay updated on emerging manufacturing technologies, Lean practices, automation, and digital solutions, and support their implementation where applicable.\nEnsure effective communication of daily production priorities, issues, and performance to the concerned stakeholders.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.\nTypically 3-7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/production operations, preferably in a structured industrial environment.\nGood written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.\nStrong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques, including waste elimination and continuous improvement.\nWorking knowledge of EHS requirements, safety procedures, and shop-floor compliance practices.\nDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and engage teams to achieve common production and business objectives.\nExperience in handling improvement, automation, digitalization, and productivity enhancement projects.\nAbility to analyze production data, identify performance gaps, and drive corrective actions.\nKey Skills & Competencies\nProduction Planning &
