What You Will Build TPM deployment roadmap\nOEE measurement and governance system\nAutonomous and Planned Maintenance frameworks\nLoss elimination and Kaizen routines\nTPM capability-building and visual management systems\n What We Are Looking For Engineering degree\n5+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, TPM, or Operational Excellence\nProven TPM implementation experience - not just exposure\nStrong command of OEE, JIPM 8 Pillars, Jishu Hozen, MTBF, MTTR, 5S, RCA\nMeasurable impact on operational performance\n The key differentiator: You are a system builder.
