Can you combine technical expertise, stakeholder management, and safety leadership to deliver critical infrastructure worldwide?\nThe Role\nAs a Project Manager, you will take ownership of project scope, budget & schedule for power distribution for some of the world’s largest and most innovative data center operators. You’ll help deliver the electrical infrastructure that keeps the digital world running, supporting everything from cloud services to emerging technologies.\nYou need projectmanagement experience to handle strategically important projects, working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and suppliers throughout Europe. You are passionate about enabling reliable, efficient, and sustainable power distribution. From improving system resilience and cybersecurity to leveraging data-driven insights and reducing environmental impact, you help translate our customers’ ambitions into successful project outcomes.\nThe role combines strategic project leadership with practical execution. You will regularly (at least once a month) travel to construction sites, factories, suppliers, and locations, giving you the opportunity to see projects come to life and build strong relationships across the value chain.\nThe Team\nBased in The Hague, you will work closely with colleagues from sales, logistics, engineering, finance, purchasing, and execution to successfully deliver complex customer projects. You will join a team of 35 Project Managers in a dynamic, rapidly growing and highly international environment, with more than 55 nationalities represented across the business unit.\nTogether, we deliver the power infrastructure behind some of the most advanced data centers in the world, contributing to projects that shape world’s digital future while offering an exciting and international work environment, including career growth opportunities.\nYour responsibilities\nCore:\nTake full ownership of project scope, budget, schedule, risk management and customer satisfaction; \nCoordinate multidisciplinary international project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure flawless execution; \nLead complex, high-value Low & Medium Voltage power distribution end-to-end. \nAlso....\nAct as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle; \nEnsure the successful delivery of advanced electrical infrastructure solutions for mission critical environments; \nYou are the driving power behind key milestones such as Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT); \nAssure that there is a strong safety culture and full HSE compliance on-site; \nWork with highly advanced electrical and LV/MV power distribution technologies, such as: Sivacon busbar trunking systems, NXAIR/8DJH/NXPLUS C switchgears, modular e-houses and SIPROTEC protection systems; \nYou maintain laser-sharp focus on safety: Ensuring Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), excellence, particularly during site activities \nJob Requirements\nNecessary:\nMinimum 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in electrical or power distribution projects (or other technical on site projects)\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration or any similar Bachelor's degree;\nStrong customer-facing experience and stakeholder management (on-site); \nProven track record in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects; \nStrong awareness of safety standards and HSE regulations; \nFluent in English (Dutch is a plus); \nWillingness to travel internationally (approximately once per month); \nPreferably:\nSolid knowledge of power distribution systems (LV/MV); \nPMP or IPMA certification; \nVCA VOL or equivalent safety certification for International power distribution projects of varying size and complexity with average risk and operational leadership responsibilities. \nDue to the frequent cross-border activities of this role, candidates are highly preferred to be able to travel and work freely across European countries without requiring additional visas or permits. \nOur offer:\nA salary between €6.000 to €8.000 Gross Monthly income + Benefits Budget, which translates to yearly salary range between €90.000 to €120.000; \nFlexible working hours and hybrid working; \nFulltime (parttime possible in discussion); \nThe opportunity to work on multi-million-euro international projects; \nAccess to Siemens “Lifelong learning” and development programs on my learning world; \nA diverse and inclusive working environment (55+ nationalities); \nA high level of ownership and entrepreneurial freedom; \nMore information\nwww.siemens.nl/arbeidsvoorwaarden.\nAbout Siemens\nData centers are critical infrastructures that drive digitalization across sectors.
