prepare, and coordinate technical projects following established Project Management standards and Q-Gate processes.\nSupport customer requirement analysis during RFP and proposal phases.\nDefine project scope, technical specifications, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and project resources.\nMonitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.\nManage project changes, ensuring proper impact assessment and governance.\nCoordinate supplier and vendor activities and participate in contract and commercial negotiations.\nEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.\nTrack project financial performance, budget adherence, and forecast project costs.\nDesign and oversee testing, validation, and acceptance activities.\nEnsure complete and accurate project documentation, lessons learned, and project closure activities.\nLead and mentor temporarily assigned project team members.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\n3-5+ years of experience managing technical, engineering, manufacturing, IT, or customer-facing projects.\nProven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.\nExperience working with cross-functional and international teams.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\nExperience managing project budgets, schedules, and risks.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification.\nExperience in manufacturing, industrial automation, energy, engineering services, or technology environments.\nKnowledge of SAP, Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.\nExperience
