THIS IS YOUR ROLE\"\nProposal Manager expected perform following activity with growth and positive attitude.\nTo review RFQ / Enquiry document and understand the requirement techno-commercially\nManaging Proposal team and focus on order Acquisition\nFocusing on workload management of team members while also simultaneously handling RFQs independently\nPreparing Budgetary and firm bids, offer text, cost calculations, time schedule along with other bid documents as per the need after evaluation of RFQ & Enquiry in association with Sales regions/ICB Partners/BD.\nTo correspond with vendors/procurement for right specification and cost to ensure optimum Techno-commercial offer making.\nTechnical Clarifications to Partners (Sales/ICB/BD)\nAttending technical discussions and providing technical clarifications to client/ Partners /Sales/ICB/BD.\nMaintaining Project list and achieving the Order intake targets assigned.\nCoordination with operations for Proposal Optimization\nEvaluate / analyze win/loss orders\nContributing ideas for cost optimization to PLM /Operations\nTo Be cautious about Non-Conformance Costs and Ensure profitability of order.\nUndertake encourage self-development, either through e-learning or external training.\nThis job is based out of Mumbai Kalwa, India\nQualifications\nDegree in Electrical Engineering.\n> 13 to 15 years of working experience is preferable.\nKnowledge in Switchgear field with commercial knowledge.\nGood planning & inter-personal & communication skills.\nPrevious experience in Marketing & Tendering proffered!\nThis job is based out of Navi Mumbai, Airoli, India\n\"WE DON'T NEED SUPERHEROES, JUST SUPER MINDS!\nWE’VE GOT QUITE A LOT TO OFFER.
