You will ensure that our track layouts, BIM models, and technical requirements align perfectly to deliver flawless signaling projects globally.\nYou’ll make a difference by\nManaging critical engineering inputs, project requirements, technical documentation, and change control processes.\nCoordinating the development and maintenance of precise track layout diagrams and related engineering documentation.\nEnsuring absolute consistency between project requirements, design outputs, and on-site installation activities.\nSupporting drafting, BIM, and project execution teams to seamlessly deliver multidisciplinary international projects.\nDriving digitalization by identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and engineering automation.\nYour success is grounded in\nA Degree in Industrial, Telecommunications, Computer, Electronic, Automation, or Railway Engineering.\n2+ years of experience in the Rail Signaling business with a solid understanding of system engineering.\nExperience in railway infrastructure projects involving surveying, LiDAR, point clouds, ProjectWise, or BIM environments.\nIntermediate to advanced skills in AutoCAD / Civil 3D, alongside strong data management capabilities (including advanced Excel).\nFluency in English and Spanish, with the readiness to travel for international project needs.\nYou’ll thrive even more if you also bring\nKnowledge of CENELEC standards (EN 50126, EN 50128) and configuration management practices.\nA strong passion for automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement within engineering processes.\nEven if you don't meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply!
