The Services Program Manager is responsible for managing the dependencies between projects, establishing and publishing clear priorities among projects and program activities, coordinating the projects effectively and establishing the required program governance model.\nThe Services Program Manager acts as the primary point of contact for the program and aligns Sales, Presales, Services Management and the customer to drive successful outcomes.\nThe Services Program Manager works under self-initiative to lead a portfolio of large size projects and complexity.\nResponsibilities:\nAs part of the Services team, the Services Program Manager\nDevelops the SGT Services strategy, plan and pricing to deliver customers and SGT value realization\nLeads the portfolio of deliveries to achieve the program vision and to realize business outcomes\nTogether with Sales Account Management and SGT Management, sets and manages stakeholder expectations\nTogether with Services Management, builds, inspires and motivate an effective team\nEnsures the team members have the resources and support to complete their tasks in a timely and high-quality manner\nOversees the adoption of Digital Enterprise and Digital Manufacturing Solutions\nIdentifies and create additional customer value opportunities within the portfolio\nConducts stakeholder management through systematic identification, analysis and planning of actions and risk mitigations to positively influence success outcomes\nEnforce change management policies at the project level to ensure the dependencies of the change is reflected and understood on the program level\nOrchestrate program and project schedules to ensure on time delivery\nAgree to targets with the program staff and delegate defined responsibilities and authority\nActively seek and provide feedback to and from program and project team members, managers, and customers\nWork with Services Management and Procurement to manage business partners and subcontractors\nEnsure the projects in the program deliver to the approved budget and agreed bid margin\nMeasure program performance and provide the regular program forecast\nWork with Services administration and Finance to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition for the entire program\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Project Management or equivalent years of experience in the Digital Industry or related field.\nMinimum of eight (8) years in a project / program leadership position\nExperience with US Federal Government projects, contracts, policies, and procedures\nWorking knowledge of the administrative functions of the Services business including project setup, contract structure, progress reporting, revenue recognition and billing\nPreferred:\nExperience in implementing or familiarity with Digital Twin software, Manufacturing software, Manufacturing control systems or similar products is highly desired\nTravel:\nWilling and able to travel to appropriate work locations, as required by SGT or specified by the customer program up to 40%\nSecurity Clearance:\nCandidate must be a United States citizen, possess no dual citizenship or foreign ties (including foreign passports or visas), and be able to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.\nYou’ll Benefit FromSiemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
