Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).\nMonitor, investigate, and report Unsafe Acts (UA), Unsafe Conditions (UC), Near Misses, and safety incidents.\nEnsure compliance with PPE requirements and conduct awareness programs and safety trainings.\nAdminister and monitor Work Permit Systems and Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures.\nEnsure compliance with the Factory Act, statutory regulations, and organizational EHS requirements.\nPrepare monthly EHS reports, analyze safety performance data, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.\nDrive continuous improvements in workplace safety standards and practices.\nConduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports and present findings to management.\nMonitor safety performance indicators and develop action plans for improvement.\nCoordinate with project and maintenance teams to ensure safe execution of activities.\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nStrong knowledge of industrial safety practices, particularly in electrical environments.\nGood understanding of HIRA, JSA, Incident Investigation, Work Permit Systems, and LOTO.\nKnowledge of statutory safety requirements and Factory Act regulations.\nAbility to analyze safety data and implement improvement initiatives.\nExcellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and preparation of safety dashboards/reports.\n\nPreferred Industry
