This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate who’s eager to start their career in the software industry and gain experience in sales operations and customer renewals. You’ll play a key role in supporting the renewal maintenance process by managing data accuracy, processing renewals, and assisting with system updates in Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP. After training, you’ll be trusted to work independently on moderately complex tasks, helping ensure smooth operations for our customers and internal teams.\nSupport the Renewal Sales team by managing and maintaining accurate customer, quote, and contract data in Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP.\nPrepare and process renewal maintenance quotes and order entries according to company standards.\nValidate data between SFDC and SAP to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Sales, and Order Management) to resolve discrepancies or data issues.\nTrack renewal opportunities and timelines to ensure on-time processing and follow-ups.\nAssist with generating reports, summaries, and dashboards to support the senior Renewal Sales team.\nIdentify and suggest improvements to streamline data entry or process efficiency.\nWork under limited supervision after training, demonstrating initiative and accountability in day-to-day tasks.\nWhat you will bring\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.\nComfort working with structured processes and multiple systems simultaneously.\nSolid proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of CRM/ERP systems.\nAbility to learn new tools quickly and adapt to changing priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nPreferred:\nInternship or coursework experience in a business operations, data, or administrative support role.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or SAP.\nInterest in sales operations or customer lifecycle management in the software industry.\nWhy Us?\nAt Siemens Software, flexibility is how we work-hybrid by default, built on trust and autonomy.
