Our goal is simple: decide faster, and apply the right technology to each use case.\nWhat role will you play?\nEnsuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure and application hosting environments. \nWorking closely with both infrastructure and application development teams, you will contribute to the successful delivery and operation of business-critical solutions by managing and optimizing our AWS-based ecosystem. \nThis role is responsible for setting up and managing AWS cloud environments while ensuring the secure and scalable hosting of applications. It includes optimizing cloud resource utilization across the department, with a strong focus on cost management and effective resource organization. \nThe position also involves implementing and maintaining policies that guarantee secure and seamless access to cloud services, supporting account provisioning when required, and ensuring data integrity and robust access controls. \nAdditionally, the role encompasses monitoring core infrastructure services, proactively investigating and resolving system outages, performance bottlenecks, and deployment failures. \nIt is responsible for managing software build and release processes across multiple environments using tools such as GitLab, as well as administering security scanning and auditing activities for networks, hosts, security groups, and related services. \nAs part of your mission, you will collaborate closely with application development teams to continuously improve platform stability, security, and performance, ensuring that development, testing, and production environments remain robust, compliant, and aligned with business needs. \nThrough your expertise in cloud operations and DevOps practices, you will help drive operational excellence, scalability, and innovation across the organization.\n What do you bring?\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, combined with at least 5 years of hands-on experience administering and operating AWS environments;\nStrong expertise in AWS services, cloud architecture best practices, and optimization strategies, with the ability to design, manage, and continuously improve scalable cloud solutions;\nSolid understanding of web and network technologies, including HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, load balancing, routing, and application delivery concepts;\nExperience with DevOps and CI/CD practices, leveraging tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, or equivalent solutions to automate build, release, and deployment processes;\nPractical experience with infrastructure-as-code approaches and tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources efficiently;\nStrong knowledge of cloud security principles, including IAM administration, access governance, firewall configuration, vulnerability management, security auditing, and compliance with industry standards;\nExperience designing and implementing AWS networking components such as VPCs, subnets, security groups, route tables, VPNs, and connectivity solutions;\nFamiliarity with highly available and resilient cloud architectures, including Application Load Balancers, API Gateways, Auto Scaling Groups, and disaster recovery concepts;\nExperience monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, reliability, and operational excellence;\nKnowledge of AWS storage and database services, including cost optimization techniques for EBS, S3, EFS, and Glacier, as well as experience with Amazon RDS and DynamoDB;\nExperience working with modern cloud-native architectures, including serverless solutions based on AWS Lambda and event-driven application design;\nUnderstanding of software deployment strategies such as blue/green, canary, and rolling deployments, ensuring safe and efficient releases across multiple environments;\nProficiency in scripting and automation, preferably with Python, to streamline operational activities and infrastructure management;\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams;\nExperience working within Agile and Scrum environments, collaborating closely with development teams and business stakeholders;\nAWS certifications, particularly AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, will be considered a strong advantage.\nPreferred:\nExperience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation).\nExposure to DevOps best practices and cloud-native application development.\nUI/UX design experience or sensitivity to front-end user experience best practices.\n What We Offer:\n Belong & Innovate: Work in diverse teams where every idea matters and innovation grows through collaboration and trust.\n Flexibility that Works: Hybrid model, flexible hours, and a home office budget -
