Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team as a Senior Logistics Project Specialist.\nYou’ll create impact by:\nCross-Functional Interface Coordination: Coordinate critical logistics interfaces between procurement, project management, legal, tax, customs, and global supply chain teams to drive continuous performance improvement.\nRisk Mitigation & Proactive Advisory: Identify and mitigate operational logistics risks while delivering proactive recommendations to support overarching project objectives and timeline milestones.\nContractual & Regulatory Compliance: Review contractual logistics requirements to ensure strict compliance with customer mandates, international regulations, and project-specific obligations.\nTender & Supplier Management: Lead logistics tenders and supplier selection processes, including active engagement and performance management of transportation and warehouse service providers.\nOperations & Trade Compliance: Manage transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, import/export operations, and trade compliance activities across multiple international jurisdictions.\nProject Initiation & Risk Assessment: Lead logistics planning activities during project initiation including logistics risk assessments and reviews, and maintain close alignment with project stakeholders.\nEnd-to-End Logistics Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive project logistics strategies to ensure the timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and services across international supply chains.\nYour defining qualities:\nEducation: University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline. \nProject Logistics Experience: Extensive professional experience managing logistics activities within large-scale infrastructure, transportation, industrial, or engineering project environments.\nSpecialized Industry Exposure: Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of railway, mobility, or other complex, multi-site international project ecosystems.\nTechnical & Regulatory Expertise: Strong working knowledge of international freight forwarding, transportation management, warehousing operations, customs regulations, and global trade compliance frameworks.\n Commercial & Vendor Capabilities: Proven experience running logistics tenders, supplier negotiations, and managing logistics service provider (LSP) performance.\nProject Management Acumen: Solid understanding of project management principles and experience operating within structured project delivery frameworks.\nInterpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
