Discover what it is like to be part of our team in Taiwan!\nResponsibilities:\nAct as the local technical interface between the Project Manager, customer, partners, and engineering teams for signaling system topics. \nCoordinate system engineering, requirements, interfaces, and technical deliverables across signaling, E&M, civil works, trackwork, rolling stock, and operations. \nDrive technical clarifications, interface workshops, actions, risks, and issue resolution. \nSupport system integration, installation, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities. \nProvide system-level input for project progress, changes, claims, and customer communications.\nPrepare technical documentation and recommendations, ensure alignment with System Managers and engineering teams, and escalate unresolved or safety-related issues appropriately.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or a related discipline\n8+ years of railway signaling experience with strong system integration, T&C, and international project coordination skills.\nSound understanding of railway signaling, project engineering, systems engineering, interface management and system integration\nAbility to analyze complex technical issues, develop practical solutions and explain them clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders\nStrong communication, facilitation, and coordination skills, with the ability to bridge project, customer, and engineering perspectives\nFluent in Mandarin Chinese and strong business English, both written and spoken\nOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:\nWe value your unique identity and perspective.
