interfaces\nDesign and implement impedance control solutions for advanced robotic applications\nDevelop force-controlled and compliant robotic motion capabilities\nIntegrate standardized robot communication and interoperability interfaces, including SRCI-based solutions\nDevelop and integrate real-time control and motion execution interfaces\nDesign and implement future robot platforms, runtime, and controller integration interfaces\nWhat do I need to qualify for this job?\nBSc., MSc., or PhD. in Mechatronics Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\nProven track record with 5+ years of professional software development experience\nExperience with industrial robot communication interfaces and interoperability standards, including UR RTDE, URScript, SRCI, OPC UA, and similar robot controller communication technologies\nExperience in impedance and admittance control, force/torque sensing and calibration, compliance control strategies, and servo-level motion command streaming\nExperience with industrial communication protocols and real-time systems, including PROFINET, IRT, OPC UA, cycle-time optimization, latency and jitter analysis, and motion control concepts\nStrong experience with C++, Python, ROS 2 (including ros2_control and related drivers), protocol analysis, interoperability testing, and software integration\nExperience in performance analysis, diagnostics, controller trace and log evaluation, latency measurement, system troubleshooting, and hardware-in-the-loop validation\nFamiliarity with industrial robot controllers and automation platforms such as Universal Robots, ABB, FANUC, KUKA, SIMATIC, SINUMERIK, or comparable technologies is an advantage\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teams\nKnowledge of and experience with Scrum and Agile development methodologies is an advantage\nVery good command of English\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\nExcellent interpersonal
