Our OT Zero Trust Platform enables secure IT/OT communication through identity-based connectivity concepts.\nAs part of our team, you will have\nAn attractive remunerationpackage\nAccess to Siemens share plans\n30 days of paid vacation and a variety of flexible work schedules that allow time off for you and your family\nFlexible training opportunities for both your professional and personal development that you can tailor to your interests\nSince each of over 300,000 team members feels that other benefits are particularly important, and we cannot list our entire benefit portfolio here, you can find more information here.\nThe individual benefits are subject to regulatory, contractual, or corporate conditions.\nWhat part will you play?\nYou design and evolve the target architecture for our IT/OT Security Platforms (SINEC Secure Connect), ensuring alignment with Siemens cybersecurity, operational, and business requirements. \nYou define secure IT/OT communication concepts based on Zero Trust principles and develop architectures for remote access, machine connectivity, application communication, and future AI-driven use cases. \nYou support Siemens factories in integrating modern security and management solutions into existing brownfield environments, considering legacy systems, industrial protocols, and operational constraints. \nYou translate business, security, and operational requirements into scalable platform architectures, governance models, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps. \nYou collaborate with factories, cybersecurity teams, service owners, vendors, and technology partners to establish architecture standards and drive service adoption across Siemens. \nYou define integration concepts between connectivity services, monitoring solutions, automation frameworks, and enterprise systems. \nYou evaluate new technologies and architecture patterns and contribute to the continuous evolution of Siemens' IT/OT security and platform landscape. \nYou enable data-driven and AI-supported operational use cases by designing architectures that support secure data flows, automation, analytics, and platform interoperability. \nYou actively shape the journey to AI-native OT security services.\nWhat you bring to the table\nEducation: You have a university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a comparable qualification. \n Experience & Skills:\nYou possess strong expertise in Zero Trust and OT Security Architecture, including concepts such as identity-centric networking, PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and industry frameworks such as NIST SP 800-207 and IEC 62443. \nYou have proven experience with OT Infrastructure and Brownfield Integration (of at least 3+ years), including industrial environments, legacy systems, machine-to-machine communication, industrial protocols, network segmentation, and hybrid IT/OT architectures. \nYou are experienced in Platform and Enterprise Architecture (of at least 3+ years) and can translate business and security requirements into scalable technical solutions, governance models, operating concepts, and technology roadmaps. \nYou possess strong capabilities in Platform Integration, Automation, AI and Analytics, including API-based integration, monitoring, automation, operational data flows, and AI-ready platform design. \nYou are able to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and successfully align diverse stakeholder groups. \n Ways of working:\nYou work in a structured and strategic manner and are comfortable operating in international and cross-functional environments. \nYou provide your support during Central European Time Zone (CET). \nLanguages: Fluent English skills complete your profile.
