In this role, you will lead the delivery of PLM and MOM software implementation projects, supporting enterprise-level customers across the region as they transform their engineering and manufacturing operations with Siemens Xcelerator. You can be based in the Czech Republic and we offer remote working, with occasional visits to customer sites.\nKey Responsibilities\nShape and structure projects from the outset by working with Sales and Services Management to define delivery approaches, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure customer expectations are aligned.\nLead the end-to-end project lifecycle using the Siemens Delivery Framework-reviewing requirements, defining scope, aligning on objectives, and actively managing risks throughout the engagement.\nDrive issue resolution by working closely with internal stakeholders and customer teams to ensure smooth progress and timely decision-making.\nOwn project financial performance, delivering against approved budgets and margins, monitoring progress, and providing clear and realistic forecasts.\nBe an ambassador for Siemens values, contributing positively to our culture, strengthening relationships with customers and partners, and upholding our reputation across the market.\nTravel to customer locations when required, in line with project needs and DISW guidance.\nQualifications\nProven experience leading software delivery projects, including implementation and post-go-live customer support.\nExperience working with enterprise-level software applications such as PLM, MES, MOM, ERP, SAP, LIMS, EAM, CMMS or WMS platforms (e.g. Teamcenter, Opcenter); software implementation experience in manufacturing-focused industries such as automotive, aerospace, or defence is also valued.\nExperience working directly with external customers in a commercial project environment, ideally within a software vendor or systems-integrator setting.\nExcellent communication skills in English and Czech or Slovak.\nWe are Siemens\nAt Siemens Software, flexibility is how we work-hybrid by default, built on trust and autonomy.
