We are looking for Software Developer- Train IT
You’ll make a difference by
- Develop, test, and maintain high quality software applications.
- Participate in code reviews and agile development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Continuously improve code quality and performance.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years ofcore software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in go (Golang) development with experience building performance-critical systems software.
- Experience with modern authentication frameworks such as OAuth2.0 and tokenization are great plus
- Solid understanding of IT security principles and practices.
- Familiarity with docker/podman for containerization.
- Familiarity with protocols and mechanisms for certificate usage in IT environments.
- Proficient in Linux systems and networking (Ethernet, Routing, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with application deployment on Wi-Fi or LTE network is a plug
- Experience with agile software development methodologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of transportation domain and train IT subsystems with associated protocols will be a great plus.
- Familiarity with databases like Postgress and SQLite etc.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work model available after an initial 6 months’ probation period.
- International project exposure
- Collaboration with global teams.
- Travel may be required (15-20%) depending upon requirement.
