This renowned tool provides signoff-quality pattern classification, matching, and debugging, seamlessly integrated with the comprehensive Calibre suite of verification tools. In this role, you will leverage the speed and precision of pattern matching to support Calibre's design and manufacturing flows globally. This is an excellent opportunity to take on responsibility, work independently, and contribute proactively to one of our key services while collaborating with a high-performing, globally distributed team.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct development and enhancement of the Calibre Pattern Matching tool to meet evolving customer and market needs.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure seamless integration, functionality, and performance.\nDrive innovation and continuous improvements within the tool, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.\nTroubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing robust and efficient solutions.\nMentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.\nContribute to the design and implementation of new features and capabilities within the Calibre ecosystem.\nQualifications\nB.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.\nProfessional software engineering experience with C and C++ on UNIX and/or LINUX platforms.\nSolid understanding of IC flow, semiconductor fabrication, and physical verification.\nStrong ability to learn and explore new technologies, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProven ability to collaborate closely with team members and deliver critical components in a timely manner.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a global team environment.\nWhy Us\nWe are Siemens:\nAt Siemens Software, flexibility is how we work-hybrid by default, built on trust and autonomy.
