Our culture encourages creativity, welcomes fresh thinking, and focuses on growth, so our people, our business, and our customers can achieve their full potential.\nPosition Overview:\nAs a Teamcenter Solution Architect within the Services organization of Siemens Digital Industries Software, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and optimizing enterprise PLM solutions based on Teamcenter for customers across various industries.\nYou will work closely with customers, business consultants, project managers, application consultants, developers, and Siemens product experts to understand business requirements, analyze existing processes and systems, and define scalable and sustainable Teamcenter solutions.\nThe role combines PLM domain expertise, Teamcenter technical knowledge, solution architecture, consulting, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into practical solution architectures and guiding implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nAs a trusted technical advisor, you will help customers transform their product development and lifecycle processes by establishing effective solutions for product data management, BOM management, configuration and change management, workflow, classification, document management, collaboration, and integration with enterprise and engineering systems.\nYou will also contribute to presales activities, solution proposals, technical workshops, project delivery, and the continuous development of Siemens Teamcenter implementation best practices.\nResponsibilities:\nDefine end-to-end Teamcenter solution architectures based on customer business requirements, processes, and IT environments.\nAnalyze customer PLM processes, organization structures, existing applications, data models, and system landscapes.\nTranslate business and functional requirements into scalable and maintainable Teamcenter solution designs.\nDefine solution architecture, application landscape, integration architecture, data models, workflows, security concepts, and deployment approaches.\nDesign Teamcenter solutions covering key PLM capabilities.\nDefine appropriate Teamcenter configurations, extensions, customizations, and integrations while minimizing unnecessary customization.\nEstablish architectural principles and design guidelines to ensure solution scalability, maintainability, performance, and upgradeability.\nContribute to the development of reusable Teamcenter reference architectures, implementation methodologies, templates, and best practices.\nIdentify opportunities to improve service delivery quality, efficiency, and consistency.\nCapture lessons learned from customer projects and share knowledge across the Services organization.\nRequired Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:\n10+ years of professional experience in PLM consulting, solution architecture, enterprise software implementation, systems integration, or related technical roles.\nStrong knowledge of Teamcenter PLM architecture, configuration, and implementation.\nStrong understanding of PLM concepts, processes, and product lifecycle management practices.\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable Teamcenter solutions.\nExperience designing Teamcenter solution architectures, including functional, technical, integration, and deployment architecture.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent customer-facing communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and consulting skills.\nExperience working directly with customers to conduct requirements analysis, workshops, solution design, and technical decision-making.\nExperience integrating Teamcenter with CAD, ERP, MES/MOM, or other enterprise applications.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBusiness-level proficiency in English and Korean, with the ability to work effectively with global and local teams.\nBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.\nA degree or professional background in PLM, manufacturing engineering, product development, or enterprise IT is highly desirable.\nAdditional Information:\nThis role is primarily on customers’ site to work with customers.\nClose collaboration required across regional leadership\nWhy us?\nWorking at Siemens Software means flexibility - We offer great benefits and rewards, as you'd expect from a world leader in industrial software.\nA collection of over 377,000 minds building the future, one day at a time in over 200 countries.
