As a Solution Architect, you'll work directly with customers in Transportation, Automotive, and Aerospace to explore their toughest design and manufacturing challenges, then craft solutions using Siemens Capital tools that create real impact on their operations. You'll be the vital link between customer needs and our technology-someone who understands their language and recognizes what success looks like for them. Based in France with flexibility to work hybrid, you'll shape how leading manufacturers approach their most complex electrical system problems.\nResponsibilities\nDetermine deployment strategies by analyzing customers' electrical system design and manufacturing needs, then document solutions that unlock the full potential of the Siemens Capital tool suite.\nOwn deployment projects from start to finish at customer sites, keeping all teams in sync-consulting, sales, and engineering-to deliver on schedule and within scope.\nLead hands-on technical workshops and training sessions that build customer team capability and confidence with Capital tools.\nBuild custom plugins and configure tools to fit each customer's specific workflows and business processes, capturing their unique requirements.\nSolve technical challenges when customers encounter roadblocks, delivering solutions that strengthen their operational performance.\nCollaborate with consulting and account managers to identify new opportunities and grow the business through successful deployments.\n\nQualifications\nUniversity degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical [PD1] Engineering, or a related field.\nSignificant professional experience in electrical harness design and manufacturing processes.\nHands-on expertise in wire harness design, cabling systems, and the specific challenges of Automotive, Aerospace, or Harness manufacturing.\nDirect experience with Siemens Capital tools or comparable electrical system design software.\nStrong programming skills and the ability to develop custom solutions[PD2] .\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French\n, both written and verbal\nDemonstrated ability to build trust with customers and maintain strong internal networks.\nNice to have\nKnowledge of Industry 4.0 principles and digital transformation in manufacturing.\nBackground in customer-facing consulting or professional services.\n\nWe are Siemens\nA collection of over 377,000 minds building the future, one day at a time in over 200 countries.
