Prepare and maintain all Internal and external reports on daily basis.\nReconcile bank interim open items with internal tracker/cash Portal\nPerform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and clearing all the open items.\nCalling end customer and requesting for remittance or booking details. Achieve the agreed customer service levels and performance metrics associated with payment processing.\nConduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies. Ensure all process procedures are adhered to while processing the AR payments into the SAP ERP.\nWork closely with collectors/Front Office to drive towards effective solutions results in improvement in accuracy and automation.\nResponsible for providing data to team leader in the absence of Senior/Process expert. Suggest & drive improvement projects within the process.\nParticipate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.\nProvide training to new joiners & resolving queries in timely manner.\nSupporting carve in and carve out testing’s\nActively participating in internal and org level events.\nYour success is grounded\nMust be a graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Accounts receivable.\nHas good knowledge of SAP ERP\nHas good communication skills and is flexible to work in shifts and willing to work in a hybrid environment\nJoin us and be yourself!\nThis role is based in Bangalore, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries - and the shape of things to come.\nWe’re Siemens.
