Responsible for managing end-to-end payment operations, ensure process efficiency, compliance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, support stakeholders, payment execution, discrepancy resolution, providing assistance for customer service functions and ensure adherence to internal controls and service level agreements (SLAs).\nBe responsible for the completion of all the payment related activities - Prepare, review, and process payment proposals in ERP systems.\nMonitoring of payment exceptions/rejections and working towards the resolution.\nAccurate and timely execution of payment tasks established on the agreed terms, conditions and procedures with the customer and in accordance with company regulations.\nAct as a point of contact for internal teams (AP, Treasury, Procurement, MDM) regarding payment-related queries.\nEnsure proper Accounting and Controls are performed for processing activity consistent with documented policies and procedures for each SOC.\nYour success is grounded\n2years-4 years of P2P experience in Finance & Accounting\nProficient knowledge of MS Office\nExcellent Verbal and written Communication skills\nA working knowledge of SAP\nExcellent understanding of P2P process and its various controls\nMust be fast learner and should be able to think analytically.\nJoin us and be yourself!\nThis role is based in Bangalore, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries - and the shape of things to come.\nWe’re Siemens.
