The right candidate will coordinate engineering deliverables and schedules with the Engineering and Project Management teams to provide on-time delivery of configuration and connection activities and to ensure customer expectations and commitments are met.\nThis position is offered as a hybrid role, combining the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-person collaboration. Team members may be required from time to time to visit the Siemens local office and/or worksite based on project expectations, with the remaining time remote. Specific scheduling may vary based on team needs, project timelines, and individual performance.\nAs a Building Automation Engineering Supervisor, you will:\n Supervise, train, and mentor the System Engineering team through goal setting, performance monitoring, employee review meetings, and scheduling of formal training.\n Schedule and assign engineering tasks to the team.\nEnsure schedules are maintained and projects proceed according to plans, job specifications, and cost estimates.\nSupervise and ensure quality submittal preparation, labor plans, job site walks, job folder updates, and re-estimates.\nImplement engineering productivity tools and practices to increase the overall quality and productivity of the team.\nCoordinate engineering priorities with Project Management teams to achieve on-time completion of engineering submittals\nMaintain relationships among Sales, Engineering, and Execution teams so changes and discrepancies can be managed to minimize costs and delays throughout the estimating and execution phases of projects.\nSupport project profitability through cost-containment procedures and processes.\nTravel between branch locations as needed.\n\nYou will make an impact with these qualifications:\n Basic Qualifications: \nAssociate degree from a two-year college or technical school\n 3+ years of experience in engineering or project management in support of building automation control systems (HVAC)\n1+ years of experience supervising teams\nExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and business software systems\n Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship\nOccasional travel will be required for important team gatherings, project kick-offs, strategic discussions, or training.\n Preferred Qualifications: \n Bachelor’s degree \n 5+ years of experience in engineering or project management \n3+ years of experience supervising teams\n3+ years of experience with enterprise accounts\nFamiliarity with Bluebeam or equivalent software \n #LI-TAG #NOC-EREF #VeteranCareers #TransitioningServiceMember #MilitarySpouse\n\nReady to create your own journey?
