The successful candidate will be instrumental in achieving significant financial objectives, specifically managing revenue and gross margin to meet ambitious targets, including an annual revenue goal of at least $7 million. This financial stewardship will be accomplishedthrough diligent control of job costs and the efficient, on-time execution of all projects. Beyond financial oversight, the position demands a strong technical leader who will provide essential expertise, strategic direction, and ultimate accountability for all installed projects and ongoing technical support programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence.\n\nAs a Solutions Operations Supervisor- Building Automation -you will:\n Supervise the activities and performance of solutions installation team within assigned areaof responsibility.\n Ensure schedules are maintainedand projects proceed according to plans, job specifications, and cost estimates.\nPerform installation activities where/when required.\nPromote and ensure implementation of productivity tools, standards, and best practices.\n Lead continuous improvement activities.\nPlan and justifystaffing requirements for timelyexecution of assigned work.\nProvide monthly labor forecast.\nEnsure proper job management and cost control by reviewing project financial statements.\n Maintain and improve planned and executed margins for projects.\nReview customer feedback and ensure high customersatisfaction.\n Maintain relationships between engineering and execution teams so changes and discrepancies can be managed to minimize cost and delay throughout the execution phases of projects.\nManage or advise on hiring, training and development, allocation, and performance assessment of personnel within areaof responsibility.\nMentor and coach solutions specialist/technicians in the field, on customer sites and remotely \nBe the lead technical resource for resolving complex building automation challenges and issues\nAble to travel 10% is to be expected within the branch area\n\nYou will make an impact with these qualifications:\n Basic Qualifications:\n Highschool diploma or state-recognized GED\n 8+ years of BASexperience in systems startup and commissioning\nPrevious experience with BACnet, Modbus, and high level system integrations \nVerbal and written communication skills in English\nMust be 21 years of age and possessa valid driver's license with limited violations\nLegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship \n Preferred Qualifications:\n Associate degree in related field\n1+ Years experience as a team supervisor\n Organizational and interpersonal skills\n #LI-BS1 #VeteranCareers #TransitioningServiceMember #MilitarySpouse\n\nReady to create your own journey?
