Then it seems like you’d make a phenomenal addition to our vibrant international team.\nWe are looking for a System Engineer (Projects) - Railway Infrastructure\nYou’ll make a difference by:\nShould have predominantly worked on CBTC projects in a more responsible role.\nShall be responsible to define, create, lead, and deliver the solution to the customer.\nShall be responsible to co-ordinate with key project stakeholder and get aligned to deliver the project within stipulated budget and time.\nShall be responsible to evaluate the customer requirements and prepare System Requirements Specification (SRS)\nShall define and control the system and assumes overall technical responsibility for the system architecture and the system concept in customer projects.\nShall be responsible for the engineering statement during the bid phase / LoA \nWith regard to the system architecture and the system concept, the Senior System Engineer ensures communication and acts as an interface between the project, the Bid Group, Development, Product Management, Engineering and the customer.\nResponsibility for determination and updating of the system architecture and the system concept lies with the Senior System Engineer throughout the entire project duration\nAnalysis of user requirements with respect to non-existent (loopholes in descriptions), unclear / contradictory or unreasonable requirements, compilation of any assumptions as a substitute for non-existent requirements, and initiation of a speedy, binding clarification of such requirements with the customer\nConsultation with the project manager on system and architecture issues and development of suggestions for a technically and commercially optimal system concept\nYou’ll win us over by:\nShould have good understanding/knowledge about railway principle and standard is must.\nShall have a good understanding of Systems Engineering lifecycle.\nGood Communication Skills and shall be a good team player, self-driven and goal oriented.\nShall be familiar with all process at System and Subsystem level.\nShall demonstrate the key leadership qualities demanded by the role and should have similar experience at least for a period >4 years.\nShall work closely with PM and Program Manager.\nJoin us and be yourself!\nWe value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
