You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver technical expertise, drive standard methodologies, and support the successful deployment and operation of SaaS and AI-driven solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop end-to-end AI solutions, tools, and microservices that address concrete enterprise use cases with seamless integration into existing platforms and environments\nEstablish and implement standards for bias detection, fairness checks, data quality, inclusivity, and explainability throughout the AI lifecycle\nImplement and strengthen secure identity, data protection, and governance controls for AI workloads, aligning with corporate policies and cloud security methodologies\nBuild and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for AI services and model artifacts using GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps\nProvision and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation) with environment parity across dev/test/stage/prod\nConfigure observability through logging, metrics, tracing, and SLOs/SLIs; drive incident response, post-mortems, and reliability at scale\nTranslate business and technical requirements into actionable solutions and serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams\nQualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field\n5+ years overall experience with 2+ years in AI and Cloud technologies\nHands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain, Llama-Index)\nProficiency in cloud services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, GCP Vertex AI)\nExperience with data handling tools (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn)\nExcellent communication and collaborative leadership skills\nWhy Us\nWe are Siemens: At Siemens Software, flexibility is how we work-hybrid by default, built on trust and autonomy.
