He/she will support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals by reviewing customer requirements and coordinating with internal teams. Gain hands-on experience in the tendering process, project costing, and proposal documentation. Collaborate across functions to help deliver competitive and compliant bid submissions.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare Cost estimate, submit quotations, follow-up quotation with customers in order to win order.\nShare Experience in MV & LV SWG and solution project\nProvide technical support for sales, project management and engineering.\nResponsible for Co-ordination with Site engineer, Engineering and Procurement Department, 3rd parties to achieve offer preparation on time\nHandover of acquired project and execution team/project manager & coordination with the execution team for the acquisition of project\nCoordinate with Procurement Department for defining inquires to external suppliers and support negotiating with suppliers\nAssist other colleagues / department as & when required like Siemens One in order to promote interdepartmental cooperation\nReview customer requirements / specifications in detail and to come up with most optimize technical and commercial solution giving Siemens competitive edge over competition.\nAnticipate project risk(s) at the time of offering and then mitigate the risk during the execution.\nEnsure up to date market information through internal and external partners\nYour success is grounded in\nBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or Electronics Engineering.\nAble to work in an international team or in an international environment - Teamwork\nHas knowledge of MV/LV switchgear and protection systems, product portfolio.\nAbility to understand the customer specifications and requirements.\nstrong with PC application software (Microsoft office, Microsoft Project, VISIO etc); MS Projects, Primavera\nAbility to work proactively on own initiative, as well as in a team environment\nTransform the everyday with us!\nIf you are a motivated teammate, eager to learn new things and looking to grow your career in a strong and forward-thinking company, apply!
