Join us in shaping digital experiences for the electrical and automation world, where you can exchange ideas, challenge each other, experiment, learn and grow together.\nYou’d describe yourself as:\nTurn user problems into simple, intuitive experiences.\nQuickly explore ideas through prototypes and iterations.\nUse AI-assisted workflows and LLMs to accelerate exploration and prototyping.\nWork closely with developers from design through delivery.\nContribute to our design system and components.\nPresent your ideas clearly and explain the thinking behind your decisions.\nQuickly understand a complex domain, ask questions and take ownership of your design work.\nYou’ll create impact by:\n2-4 years of UX/Product Design experience.\nStrong UX, interaction and visual design fundamentals.\nStrong Figma skills and experience with developer handoff.\nComfortable using AI tools and LLMs as part of your everyday design workflow.\nCurious, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.\nAble to quickly translate conversations and requirements into tangible design explorations.\nCollaborative throughout the design process.\nBachelor’s degree in design or a related field with certifications in UX, HCI etc.\nGood to have\nExperience with B2B / enterprise products.\nExposure to user research or usability testing.\nExperience working with international stakeholders.\nThe kind of designer we’re looking for?\nSomeone who doesn’t wait for a perfect brief.
