ideal candidate combines strong WinCC OA expertise with experience in industrial automation, SCADA systems, industrial communications, and enterprise integrations.\nA Snapshot of your Day\nA typical day involves developing Fleet SCADA product capabilities, customizing WinCC OA applications, designing reusable engineering assets, integrating external systems using industrial protocols and APIs, and supporting testing and validation activities.\nYou will collaborate with Product Management/Technical Leads, Engineering & Execution teams, and Siemens/ETM experts to deliver scalable, maintainable, and supportable Fleet SCADA solutions\nHow You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities of role)\nProduct Development\nDevelop and maintain Fleet SCADA product capabilities based on WinCC OA.\nBuild Siemens Energy standard libraries, reusable templates, faceplates, pictograms, dashboards, reports, and engineering accelerators.\nDevelop business logic, alarm management, visualization, authentication, data services, and fleet monitoring capabilities.\nDesign and implement integrations with OES services, MQTT broker-based communication systems, Industrial devices, and external enterprise applications.\nSupport multi-site fleet monitoring, site-to-fleet aggregation, alarm processing, and centralized operations use cases.\nContribute to WinCC OA customization, branding, and extension of Siemens Energy value-add capabilities\nEngineering Excellence\nContribute to development tools, CI/CD pipelines, engineering standards, and coding guidelines.\nSupport the setup and maintenance of development labs, simulation environments, testing platforms, and validation infrastructure.\nParticipate in lifecycle management, patch validation, compatibility testing, upgrade testing, and release management.\nDevelop technical documentation, reusable engineering assets, and deployment accelerators.\nWhat You Bring (required qualification and skill sets)\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or related discipline.\nMinimum 5+ years of hands-on WinCC OA development experience.\nExperience delivering industrial SCADA solutions from design through commissioning.\nStrong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and system integration skills.\nExperience working in Agile development environments and cross-functional teams.\nMandatory Technical Skills:\nWinCC OA\nWinCC OA Certified Engineer with strong expertise in CTRL scripting, datapoint modeling, visualization development, alarm and event management, historical data management, trending and reporting, WinCC OA managers, distributed and multi-site SCADA architectures, and large-scale industrial monitoring systems.\nIndustrial Communication\nMQTT\nAMQP\nIndustrial protocolos (e.g. OPC,
